GMW CONNECTIONS - GCL Channel Lining

Client: John Holland | Location: Gunbower, Victoria

Project Value: $4.5M | Program Duration: 12 weeks

Removal of approximately 50,000m3 of silt. Controlled removal of 750 trees on the channel banks that had been accounted for by vegetation offsets. Remodelling the channel bank, GCL lining the channel bed and bank to achieve the following objectives: reduction in seepage and leakage; and increased service levels to suit the needs of different customer types.

 

CAMPASPE SHIRE - Retardation Basins Stage 1&2

Client: Campaspe Shire Council | Location: Kyabram, Victoria

Project Value: $1.35M | Program Duration: 15 weeks

Expansion of the existing McEwen Road Kyabram West retardation basin to store a greater volume of overflow and installation of a new pump station and pumps, as the existing pumps required urgent replacement.

 

PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT - Parkview Estate 

Client: Planright Australasia & Spiire | Location: Echuca, Victoria

Project Value: $12.5M | Program Duration: 5 years

Multi-stage residential development in Echuca West included sewer & water reticulation, stormwater drainage and underground stormwater storage, sewerage, and stormwater pump stations.

A highlight of the project involved the construction of a 450mm water distribution main, connecting the town water supply to the Coliban Water Echuca West Tanks Project. This project provides additional supply security and improved water pressure for customers whilst accommodating continued growth in the Echuca West Development Zone.
